Silver Jewellery Making  6 week Course

 

Starting Wednesday 17th April

April 17th, 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd

 

This course is suitable for complete beginners and is packed with techniques. 

Maximum of 4 participants. 

Cost £180

 

The same course will be running in the morning 9.30 - 12.30 as in the evening 6 - 9

Morning - 4 space available

Evening - 4 spaces available

Week 1 :-                    Texturing, embossing and piercing.  You will leave with a Pendant and/or earrings

Week 2 :-                    Basic soldering – you’ll get to make a set of simple stacking rings

Week 3 :-                    Doming, disc cutting and creating cabochons (for setting later) Lots of enamelling ideas

Week 4 :-                    Cabochon setting . . . moving toward designing your own piece – setting your own cabochon created last week.

Weeks 5&6 :-             You’ll make your own piece(s) of jewellery.  This might be a pendant, earrings, ring, bangle, charms whatever you fancy given the skills which you’ve learned.
